Casey anthony trail questions?

If what Cindy has testified to is false in regards of the computer use and the specific googling of chloroform she is doing it so that it takes away the intent behind Casey's murdering Caylee (if she is found guilty that is) thus Casey gets charged with second degree murder or manslaughter and therefore doesn't face the death penalty. Casey is not on death row at the moment but if she gets charged with first degree murder she will be. Cindy will be trying to make it impossible for them to charge her with that and sentence her to death.
