I can afford and pay the mortgage but i intentionally default each month. are there more people like me?

My house value depreciated real bad. The amount I owe is almost double of the actual value that it is. So because of that i intentionally default on mortgage. i've been defaulting for the past 16 months and there was never any foreclosure notice. bank of america also doesn't seem to care. the only thing BOFA does is report me to credit bureau again and again and again.
