If I file an unemployment claim in Oklahoma after being fired for time clock fraud Target claims video evid.?
They claim they have evidence I overcorrected my punches on four occasions but it's not true and I want to know how to collect my unemployment benefits immediately. How would they even be able to show proof of this alleged misconduct and how do I prove myself right if I don't know the exact times I worked and dates that go back as far as 2 months ago? They would change our schedules without warning and on some occasions I had to make my corrections retroactively and always had management approval ? Wouldn't it be the burden on the employer to ask me about any discrepancies when they took place instead of just terminating my employment?
