How do i get in contact with the three credit bureau's?

Where can I get an email address or phone number or even a mailing address for the credit bureaus? I purchased a car and for some reason it is showing as a repo and that I still owe $975 HOWEVER i have a letter from the company that financed me, along with the title of the car, showing it is paid and in my possession. Please help!
